Use of Bridal/Dressing Room + (2) Large Rooms, Restroom

Exterior Deck + Restroom

 

Capacity: 1 to 30 persons

  • Fridays & Saturday​​

    • (1-8) hours $450

  • Sundays thru Thursdays

    • (1-8) hours $400

  • Custom Needs and/or additional hours or ongoing rentals: Please inquire

MINI SUITE RENTAL

Use of Bridal/Dressing Room + Lobby, Restroom

+ Exterior Deck upon request

Capacity: 1 to 10 persons

  • Sundays thru Thursdays

    • (1-8) hours $300

  • Custom Needs and/or additional hours or ongoing rentals: Please inquire

FULL SUITE
BUFFET SET-UP ADD-ON

Included UPON REQUEST for FULL SUITE RENTALS

Include buffet set up for (30)

  • Platters, Cake Stand, Baskets, Trays, Serverware, etc.

  • Up to (4) metal tubs for your drinks on the deck

  • Disposable Plates, Napkins, Utensils, Cups

  • (126) can beverage frig

  • (1) Pop Up for Deck Use

  • (1) Folding Table

Vendor Notes:

All vendors must be pre-approved no later than (2) weeks prior to your space rental date.

Additionally, vendors must have current valid insurance on file which is valid through your space rental date.

Vendors: Please submit your application prior to your client's space rental date.

Custom Use

​We are happy to review your custom use requests for small events, meetings, ongoing rentals, photo and filming shoots. Please inquire.
